Melrose apples

On holiday I snuck off sans kids to Priorwood Garden in Melrose and wandered amongst the apple trees supping my coffee. It was really hard to take a definitive shot so my painting is a creative mix of views. I had to get the Abbey in, the amazing wall and make the apples the star.
