Returns Policy
Effective Date: 8 January 2026
Fine art prints
Notify me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork at hello@abimacbeth.art.
Package the artwork securely and post it back to me (at your own expense) at the address below within 7 days.
As soon as the artwork is returned I will arrange a full refund.
Damage
Prints are sent in a flat cardboard envelope. In the unlikely event is gets damaged in transit, please email me at hello@abimacbeth.art within 24hrs of delivery with a photograph of the damage and I will organise a free replacement.
Downloadable print-at-home items
Once downloaded these are non-refundable. If you wish to see more images of the product before downloading please email hello@abimacbeth.art and I will send you some.
If for some reason the PDF download you receive is a corrupted file, please email hello@abimacbeth.co.uk for a replacement file.
Not received an email with the link? Check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it after an hour please email hello@abimacbeth.co.uk.
